My Projects

This project was developed as a part of the Cloud and Distributed Computing Class (CSC-847). It is a student database that contains information such as the Student ID, first name, last name, email, mailing address and the GPA of a student.

Project #2 for CSC 847 (Cloud and Distributed Computing). It involves the use of Google Cloud Storage, Vision API and Cloud Firestore along with Next.js and TailwindCSS.

This project uses handwriting recognition to recognize the names of medicines from a doctor's prescription. This is done using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) developed using the Tensorflow Framework and OpenCV.

A Facial Expression Recognition system developed using PyTorch and OpenCV. This can be used to recognize various facial expressions such as Anger, Disgust, Fear, Happy, Sad, Surprise and Neutral. This can be used to detect a person's mood by analyzing their facial expression.

A smart home automation system built using the Ionic Framework, Python and the Raspberry Pi development board. This system can help you turn any home appliance into a smart device which can be controlled via bluetooth using the companion app.

A tech blog built using the Angular Framework and Firebase. It uses Flamelink as the CMS for managing all the articles on the website. The website also supports push notifications that are sent to subscribed users when a new article is published.

A PokeDex built using Next.js, TailwindCSS and Typescript.

A note-taking app built with ReactJS, Redux, and Firebase.

A Movie Library Application created using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS with data from The MovieDB.

A weather app made using Flutter and the OpenWeatherMap API. The application follows minimal design principles and displays accurate weather information to the user in a neat and clean way.

This project analyzes the US Accidents dataset from Kaggle. The project asks and answers a few important questions related to the location, temperature and time of an accident and tries to find a relation between them and the number of accidents.
